Welcome to the team Team Gambia Quiz Night, the night will start at 6pm and food will be served anytime after that, we will be serving burgers and chips which is all included in the ticket price. After eating we will begin the quiz around 7pm, it'll be 8 rounds run by quizmaster Tony Williamson, and a short interval where we will have a raffle and a game of heads and tales so bring extra change for the night as to not miss out on prizes. There is a bar at Makstoke that will be open throughout the evening and a good local taxi service if needed. Maximum number of people per team is 6.
My name is Sarah I am part of a charity group at my Sixthform in Solihull, England, where we will be visiting the Gambia in late 2024 in order to volunteer at a lower school there and bring supplies for the children. I along with my teammates will be doing fundraising such as bake sales, sponsored walks or rides in the hopes to make around £400 each to spend on the children of Abuko Nursery and Lower Basic School near Serrakunda in the Gambia.
