Join us at this upcoming information session where we will introduce an exciting new initiative - a Couch to 5K running group in Tayport – starting on Tuesday 7 May 2024.
At this session, we will provide an overview of the Couch to 5K programme, its benefits, and how you can actively participate in this invigorating journey towards improved health, wellbeing and fitness.
The group will be following the NHS Couch to 5K programme, a structured running plan designed to help individuals gradually build up their fitness levels from a sedentary lifestyle to running a 5-kilometer (3.1 miles) distance in 9 weeks. The program is suitable for beginners and provides numerous physical and mental health benefits.
