Sweat It Out Class
Join us for a 45-minute full-body workout that blends strength and cardio using bodyweight and resistance bands. This class is designed to sculpt and tone your core, abs, lower body, upper body, and posture while making you sweat! Options will be provided to suit different fitness levels, but we encourage you to challenge yourself for the best results. Let’s sweat it out together!
