Love sushi? Always wanted to try your hand at making it yourself? Well now you can! Join us for one of our sushi making classes and by the time you are done you’ll be a master at making your own sushi at home!
You will learn a range of different skills, from how to prepare rice ready for rolling sushi, to creating the perfect roll and everything in between.
Our trained sushi master chef will discuss the importance of balancing flavours, provide a demonstration on fish cutting and handling while also taking you on a voyage through the history of Asian Cuisine and its transition to what we enjoy today.
During the course of the class you will learn and make 4 different sushi
Equipment and menu cards will be provided for the class, plus all dishes you make during the class are yours to delight in 😊
