SOUND HEALING MEDITATION IN SURBITON
People often ask how does sound healing work and how can it benefit me? We use a range of different instruments in our meditation sound journey - Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and a range of other percussion instruments. One of the gongs we use is a Universe gong which can take people into a transcendental meditation.
