Ready to raise your vibration? And shift some energy through music, dance and energetic movement?
🌟In this 90 minute session, we will be taking some time to connect with each other through dance and free movement to melodic and euphoric electronic dance music from our very own DJ en-le-Frith.

This will be followed by an opportunity for Cacao before a Holy Fire Healing Experience which will be led by Tasha’s Chakra Shed and then we will be taken on a magical and transformative sound bath journey with Chris and Bebhinn of Pantonal Creations.
🌟In this 90 minute session, we will lie on our mats and open up to a Holy Fire Healing experience coupled with a transformative sound bath. With vibrational sound waves from a multitude of instruments and reiki energy coursing through every fibre of your body, this experience will provide healing at a cellular level and literally upgrade your DNA.
❔ What is a Sober Session? – An opportunity to dance, move and connect with ourselves and others without the use of alcohol or drugs. You can choose to come for the dancing or the soundbath or both.
🪩Free dance is way to learn to listen to our bodies really tuning in to how they like to move and need to move, in a space without judgement.
🔥Holy Fire Healing Experience which is effective in creating feelings of joy, peace, love, abundance and gratitude
🪘Sound baths provide a safe space for expansion, awakening creativity, imagination and concentration as well as self compassion for deep healing to take place.

✨ There will be the opportunity to share your experience and enjoy a complimentary herbal tea at the end of the evening before we close the space at 8pm

🧺 What to Wear/Bring?
🪩 Loose clothes for movement. The more comfortable you are, the easier it will be to surrender yourself to the movement and detach from mind and connect to body.
🪘A mat, pillow and blanket.
❔ Will there be refreshments? – Herbal teas and non alcoholic soft drinks will be available to purchase at a small cost.
