Following on from our last supper club back in August 2023 we are back the first supper club of 2024.
Callum has been working in Manchester for the last 8 years,shared passion in simple food cooked well using fresh and seasonal ingredients has inspired a Japanese styled tasting menu for this supper club.
Utilising locally sourced ingredients he will be cooking some of his favourite dishes while keeping it fresh with the best produce early summer has to offer.
It will take place in the beautiful and historic Barton Arcade and will be a time for friends to come together for an evening of great food drinks, and conversation.
