Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal alchemy bowls as you celebrate the longest day of the year. Let the harmonious sounds wash away stress and tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and balanced. I will lead you on a short meditation before you set off on a sound journey with the sounds as your guide, there is nothing for you to do but surrender, release & receive.

Comforting rose tea will be provided after the ceremony as we enjoy some grounding, integration time together.
Please Bring
A Yoga Matt as you will be lying down, a pillow, blanket, an eye mask if you have one, any crystals you would like to work with plus anything else to make your space cosy & comfortable. Wear warm cosy clothing.
Doors will open at 7.15pm, please arrive then to create your environment.
Doors will close at 7.25pm so we can start on time. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this event, late comers can’t be admitted.
The entrance to the Cromwell Hall is on the Nightingale Lane side.
There is free parking on the local streets.
