A deep stretch class that focuses on holding poses to increase full-body flexibility.
A foam roller is strongly encouraged to get the most out of class, activate circulation and massage your muscles.
Equipment: Foam Roller- strap-pilates ball- pilates block (Equipment not essential but the Foam Roller is required for best results)
