Star Store Community Engagement Session #5 - Film/Photography/Digital Media

We need your help to ensure that the reactivation of the Star Store in downtown New Bedford meets the needs of NB's incredible creative community.

Be sure you've signed up for updates at www.starstoreNB.org and then RSVP here to join Matt of the Arts and Business Council and Margo of New Bedford Creative as we collectively envision the creative future of the building and the makers and creative businesses that will call it home.

We'll begin with discipline-specific smaller group sessions in August and early September followed by large group "town hall" style sessions in the second half of September. All sessions are open to the public. You do not have to be a maker actively practicing in any of the disciplines in order to attend but we do suggest that you try to:

1. Attend sessions for creative disciplines you are geniuinely interested in.
2. Limit your attendance to no more than 2 of the discipline-specific small group sessions to make space for as many voices as possible.

If you are unable to attend the session most closely aligned with your interest please consider attending any other session you can fit into your schedule. In this case, we'd also be happy to hear from you directly, just email Matt at matt@artsandbusinesscouncil.org
