A close friend of mine told me this morning that she was “leaning in” to the Mindfulness techniques I had shared with her .
Recognising that there is a ‘need’ is Mindfulness in Action. Noticing that your mind is full and needs a ‘release valve’ means you have awareness. And awareness is what Mindfulness is all about.
We need to learn to ‘lean in’ to our own needs more often.If we don’t listen to our body and ignore the pull of our over busy, ever full minds, we can come a little unstuck. And how can we be there for our loved ones if this is the case?
