This has a duration of an hour and a half where there will also be spaces to meditate, practice of breathing techniques and moments of self reflection.

Free parking is available down Goathland Close off Walton Street. Bikes are welcome in the centre. We are aiming to start at 11am, please be mindful of the time.
What do you need to bring with you?
• Extra layers
• Comfy clothes
• Water bottle
• Warm socks and extra blanket if needed.
We provide equipment needed for the day. However, if you prefer to bring your own equipment (e.g. yoga mat and blankets), you are welcome to do so.
REFUND POLICY
We don't offer any refunds, but we can transfer your ticket to a future date if you notify us up to 48 hours before the event.
