Slow stitch for Wellbeing with Alice and Ginnie

Join Alice and Ginny for a sociable evening of hand stitching for well-being.Using a base of vintage or natural cloth, you will be given guidance and inspiration on how to start a nourishing home stitch practice, and how to make it personal to you. Learn basic hand sewing and embroidery stitches and enjoy the slow and meditative process that creating these repetitive stitches brings.All materials are provided, but you are very welcome to bring along any threads or fabrics you’d like to include. If you have a small pair of embroidery scissors, then do bring those too.
