About this event
Welcome to our Series of Mindful Art & Crafts Workshops for Children! Join us at BEDFORD HOUSE, Buckhurst Hill, every Saturday morning for 6 weeks in a fun and creative experience. Let your kids unleash their creativity in a mindful environment where they will be exploring mindfulness, meditation, art & crafts and much much more! Our workshops are designed to engage children in a positive and relaxing way, fostering their inner calm and creative skills. INCLUDES A FREE EASTER WORKSHOP -Saturday 6th April 2024
The workshops are drop off sessions, however parents are welcome to observe for the first 5-10minutes Of the first session if they wish to do so.
ABOUT M.A.C.K. KIDS
Our passion is to empower children to be M.A.C.K. Mindful/ Awareness of self/ Compassionate/ Kind to themselves and others. By raising their level of E.I. (emotional intelligence) we can foster all these skills in our children.
By the end of the term your child would have begun to understand how their mind works, and ways in which they can ground themselves in the here and now. They would have explored mindful practices such as gratitude, yoga and meditation. They will have built a toolkit for themselves to enable kindness to themselves as well as others and a better understanding of their own emotions and how to navigate through them.

Yes you can, please see our list of events, where we have an opportunity to book just the Easter workshop if you wish, however this is only FREE with the 6week term booking.
Yes we do, each lesson will have two Mindfulness practitioners who have safeguarding, DBS and first aid training. All certificates can be made available upon request.
