Royal Air Forces Association Duck Race

Ready for some quacking good fun? The RAFA Duck Race is back again at High Bridge, High Street in Lincoln (across from Stoke's Cafe)! The best thing is, you don't even need to be there to watch, if you buy a ticket and win, we'll let you know!

When you purchase a ticket you will be assigned a numbered, plastic duck. All ducks will then be released from High Bridge at 2pm and will finish at the next bridge on the waterway (approx. 100m downstream). If your duck comes in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th place, you'll be notified within 7 days as being one of our prize winners! Please ensure you give us the best contact details when purchasing an e-ticket and check your spam folder regularly after the event.

This year our prizes are:

1st prize - £250

2nd prize - 2 x Adult and 2 x Child Pass to Jump Inc (any UK park)

3rd prize - 2 x Everyman Cinema Tickets

4th prize - A signed Red Arrows Print.

The RAFA Duck Race is organised by service personnel from RAF Waddington's RAFA Committee.

Paper tickets are only available when sold at other events where the RAF Waddington's RAFA Committee are in attendance. This page is only for purchasing e-tickets.

Please note that the total cost of the e-tickets is slightly higher than paper tickets due to Eventbrite admin fees. There is no difference to a paper ticket or an e-ticket - you will still stand the same chance of winning.

All proceedings (minus event costs) will go to RAFA Registered Charity 226686 (England & Wales), SC037673 (Scotland).

If prizes are not claimed within 14 days we will re-allocate to another ticket holder via a random number generator.

E-ticket holders will be assigned a duck number in order of e-ticket purchase approximately 45 minutes before the event begins.

If in the unlikely event the race cannot go ahead, we will create a virtual one using a random number generator.

Good luck!
