What time does the buffet start and finish?

The welcome reception with complimentary buffet will start at 18:30hrs and finish at 19:30hrs.

How will i know how to get to the welcome reception and from there to my seat?

Upon arrival at Fairfield Halls you will be greeted by a member of the CMP team who will show you to the YAMAHA SUITE for the welcome reception and sfterwards take you to your seat to watch the concert.

After the concert how do i get to meet Richard Clayderman?

After the concert has finished a member of the CMP team will be on hand to lead you back to the YAMAHA SUITE where Richard will meet his fans and take part in a photo opportunity.

What are the event timings?

18:30 - 19:30 Welcome Reception with complimentary Hot & Cold Buffet. 19:45 - 20.30 Richard Clayderman will perform the first half of his concert. 20:30 - 20.50 Interval. 20:55 - 21.40 Final half of the concert. 21.45 - 22.30 After-Show Meet and Greet. END.
