Refund Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds at any time.
Security deposit will be returned upon receipt of items as delivered. In the instance of damage beyond normal wear and tear the security deposit will not be returned. If the suits are not returned, you will be held responsible for and agree to be billed the retail value of the cost of the product(s) - a total of $1200.
Rescheduling Policy
As with other outdoor sports, Bubble Ball Soccer NYC plays in the event of rain during outdoor games. In the event of hazardous weather conditions, as determined by Bubble Ball Soccer NYC, the game will be rescheduled to a future date.
If client(s) do not attend his or her game or changes his/her mind about playing after reserving a game, client understands that he/she will forfeit his/her total funds.
** Game time and/or venue are subject to change based on availability when payment is processed.
If Bubble Ball Soccer NYC is sourcing a venue there will be an additional charge for set up and break down time, parking, gas, tolls, and any other estimated expenses related to organizing the game added to the cost of the venue.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to the above terms and conditions and understand and agree to authorize Bubble Ball Soccer NYC to photograph or film you and to use such photographs or film for printed materials, broadcasts, displays, or newspaper publications.
You also understand and agree to the following: Each adult participant must print and bring their signed waiver, along with a valid ID as proof of identification, in order to play. If under the age of 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian. A copy of the identification of the parent/guardian must be provided, if the relevant parent/guardian is not in attendance.
