Come join us at Inner shine healing in Rothwell for a useful workshop where you'll learn how to reduce stress and anxiety using the power of EFT tapping and ear seeds. Discover effective techniques to calm your mind and body in a relaxed, safe and welcoming environment.

  • A grounding meditation
  • An introduction to EFT and how it can ease stress and anxiety. We will also do a group tap.
  • An introduction to ear seeds, you will also get to try them for yourself!
  • A snack, drink and a chat.
  • You may even make some friends in this small workshop.

What is EFT?

EFT, often referred to as tapping, is a form of psychological acupressure that involves gently tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on the issue at hand, such as anxiety or stress. EFT draws inspiration from traditional Chinese medicine.

What are Ear seeds

Ear seeds are small seeds or magnets that are placed on specific points of the outer ear. I use the Nada protocol for ear seeds, which is a five-point system. Ear seeds can help with anxiety, depression, physical pain, panic attacks, poor sleep, night sweats ( menopause or peri menopause) & stress.
