Raglan JFC Football Tournament 2024

Join us for an exciting football tournament in Raglan! Get ready to showcase your skills and compete against teams from all around. The event will be held in person at Raglan Sports Association Field, Raglan, Usk, NP15 2ER.
It's going to be a day filled with thrilling matches, cheering crowds, and unforgettable moments. We have non-competitive and competitive matches, trophies for the winners and medals for all who enter. We have a selection of mixed and girls only matches in both competitive and non competitive, and this year the introduction of a women's tournament for the first time.
Whether you're a player or a fan, this tournament is not to be missed. Food, games and fun are there for everyone to enjoy so grab your boots, bring your A-game, and let's make this an epic football extravaganza!

Will there be medals for players?

All participating players will be presented with a medal

What is the schedule for the competitive competition?

We will aim to run group phases, with the winners from each group progressing to the knock out competition. There will be one final and the winner will go home with the trophy!

Will we be able to buy refreshments?

Tea, coffee and soft drinks will be available all day, while burgers and/or bacon will be available depending on the time of the day. The local ice cream lady and sweets will also be available

Will there be alcohol available?

No. We do not have a licence and the FAW rules (38.1.13) do not condone alcohol while any form of football is played.

Am I allowed to bring my dog?

Well behaved dogs are allowed on site but must be kept on a lead at ALL TIMES and are not be allowed onto pitches. Any dog mess must be cleaned up immediately and we reserve the right to ask dogs to leave site if we feel these guidelines are not being followed.
