Pyschedelic Breathwork & Meditation
Welcome to a transformative experience of breathwork and meditation! Join us at Location EC2A for a journey within yourself. Through deep breathing techniques and guided meditation, you will explore altered states of consciousness and gain insights into your inner world. This event is a safe space for self-exploration and personal growth. Come with an open mind and a willingness to dive deep into your psyche. Let's breathe, meditate, and expand our minds together!
We carry so much without realising. Pyschedelic Breathwork gives you space to release what’s stuck, physically, emotionally, and energetically — so you can reconnect with yourself on a whole new level. This is deeply somatic work that supports release, regulation, and reconnection through the body. Where you can experience powerful shifts, deep calm, and a quiet mind. No experience needed, just come as you are.
No previous experience needed. All welcome.
Whether you’re carrying a lot, feeling off balance, or simply know it’s time to shift something, this session invites you to:
— Release emotional tension, stress, and what’s been quietly weighing you down
— Gently move through resistance and old patterns that might be holding you back
— Soothe your nervous system and quiet the mind, inviting deep rest and balance
— Reconnect with yourself, your intuition, and your inner clarity
— Open up space for expansion, growth, and aligned manifestation
About Me:
I'm Caroline, a breathwork facilitator and therapist with a background in psychotherapy and years of experience supporting people on their healing journeys. My work is grounded, intuitive, and real — I create safe, welcoming spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. I believe that when we’re given space to feel, we can find clarity, calm, and connection in even the busiest of lives.
