An evening to welcome the Summer Solstice with a slow, mindful walk with connection, nature journalling and eco guided rest (eco nidra) with sound under an oak tree.

Press Pause - Women's Rest in Nature is all about the up and coming solstice, stories, creativity, rest and shared conversation to lift and support each other.

Please bring suitable outdoor clothing, footwear, blankets for an evening walk and eco nidra (outdoor rest)
