The Zoom class is interactive session and covers: the reasons to breastfeed, how to get breastfeeding off to the best start, how to recognise when your baby is hungry, understand how to hold your baby and how they attach to your breast, how to know that your baby is feeding well and where to get help and support after your baby is born.
