Not heard of Plogging before? Plogging translates to ‘Pick up and run’ which perfectly describes this eco-friendly health conscious activity.
Attendees will be led by our running expert Richard from Running Seeds to jog along the Leeds Canal area and litter picking along the way! Not only do you get an hour of fresh air and endorphins but you’re also helping to clean up our city in the process.
Meeting at Wellington Central, the group will set off at 1:15pm and return no later than 2:15pm.
