What is your refund policy?

You can obtain a refund up to 30 days before the event. Unfortunately we can not refund any fee's charged by Eventbrite.

What if the event is cancelled due to bad weather?

In the event of bad weather causing the event to be cancelled you will be offered either a ticket for next years event or a full refund.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Yes the event is wheelchair accessible, please do bear in mind however that it will be held in a field.

Can I bring children to the event?

Yes you can bring under 16's to the event for free, however we do ask they leave by 8pm as this is a licensing condition of our holding the event.

What food options will be available?

We will have a choice of food outlets at the event.

Will you have gluten free drinks?

Yes we will!

Can I bring my own food to the festival?

Yes to cold food and snacks however we do encourage that you patronage the food outlets.

Will there be camping available?

No camping is allowed.

Where can I park?

We encourage you to walk to the festival or use other methods of transport. Please make arrangements with taxis and minibuses ahead of time.

When will the festival open?

We will open on Friday 14th at 15:00 through till midnight. On Saturday we will open from 12:00 - midnight.

Can I bring a chair?

Yes you can bring your own camping chair

What if it rains?

Lets face it, it's going to rain! But the marquee is large enough to keep everyone dry and happy!
