Thanks to funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund the Pedal Power Parade is back for 2024! Taking place during Bike Week June 10th - 16th at Alyn Waters Country Park.
The Pedal Power Parade is a trail of decorated bikes around the park, decorated by local community groups, charity's, schools, and businesses. Taking place during Bike Week June 10th - 16th at Alyn Waters Country Park. The aim of the parade is to bring the local community together walking or biking to spot all the decorated bikes for their wellbeing and promoting environmental sustainability and sustainable transport.
The Parade is FREE to view and will be on display daily from 10 am - 4 pm.
As well as getting community groups, charity's, schools, and businesses to decorate bikes we will be holding a number of community workshops where people can drop in and help decorate bikes for the parade.
The Pedal Power Parade is possible thanks to funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and support from Cadwyn Clwyd, AVOW and Wrexham County Borough Council.
