Join us in the Gallery and Library for a free drink on arrival. Choose from a glass of sparkling wine, bottle of beer or soft drink alternative. The chat and company is free.

Dinner

Moving onto the Kings Hall where we will enjoy a 3 course set dinner, Half a bottle of house wine each and tea and coffee.

Dancing

Dancing to the Incredible sounds of Heart 2 Heart, a Rock and Pop Duo who play everything from Pink to Bon Jovi. Bring you dancing feet and wow us with your moves.

Yes, please inform at the time of purchase of any dietary requirements ie. gluten free, vegan

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, toilets are situated on the lower ground floor but there is a lift.

Should I bring cash?

Yes, whilst the bar will accept cash and cards, there will be lots of opportunities to buy raffles, play games and take part in an auction with the goal of raising funds for the PBC Foundation.

I am travelling to the event, can I book a room in the Hotel?

Yes, please contact the hotel direct and inform them you are attending the PBC ball and they will provide you with a 15% discount on their best room rate.
