This service enables you to book an appointment to add your Covid vaccinations given outside of England onto your NHS record.

About this event

To be eligible for this service you must be registered with a GP and have an NHS number.

You must also bring with you the original copies of your vaccination records and must have valid proof of ID, either a Passport or Driving Licence. If you are unable to provide these, please do not book an appointment as the team are unable to add the vaccines onto your NHS record without these documents and you will not be seen on the day.

Who can use this service

You can use this service if you or your child are aged 5 years old or over and have an NHS number. You or your child must also have received one of these vaccinations outside of England:

Beijing Institute of Biological Products (Sinopharm BIBP)

Bharat Biotech (Covaxin)

CanSino (Convidecia)

Gamaleya (Sputnik V)

Institute of India (Covishield)

Johnson & Johnson (Janssen)

Moderna (Spikevax)

Nuvaxovid (Novavax)

aged 18 years old or over - they must attend the appointment

under 18 years old - they do not have to attend the appointment if you go instead of them

Oxford/AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria)

Pfizer/BioNTech (Comirnaty)

Serum Institute of India (Covovax)

SinoVac (CoronaVac)

Sinopharm vaccine

If you received a Sinopharm vaccine, your evidence must show that it was manufactured by the Beijing Institute of Biological Products (BIBP).

If your Sinopharm vaccine evidence shows a different manufacturer or does not say who made it, you are not eligible to book an appointment.

Can I make an appointment for someone else?

You can only book for someone else, such as your child or someone you care for, if you have their consent. You will need to enter their details when booking.

If you book for someone:

• aged 18 years old or over - they must attend the appointment

• under 18 years old - they do not have to attend the appointment if you go instead of them

Children under 16 years old cannot attend an appointment on their own. They must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible person aged 18 years old or over.

What documents do I need to bring with me?

You must bring with you the original copies of your vaccination records and valid proof of ID. Only a Passport or Driving Licence is accepted.

How long is the appointment?

Each appointment should take 10-15 minutes. Please arrive on time and with all your documents.

Is there parking available?

There is a Pay & Display Car Park next to Sanford House on Sanford Street. There are also a limited number of disabled bays directly outside of Sanford House on Sanford Street.

Can I attend without booking an appointment?

Unfortunately, do to demand for this service we cannot accept any walk ins. If you would like to use this service, please book an appointment.

I do not have an NHS number or GP, what can I do?
