Do I need to bring anything?

Make sure that you are cosy and comfortable. The space will be open for about 2 and a half hours so get whatever you need to be comfortable. If you'd like, have your journal and pen nearby and a drink. That said, this time is for you so make it special by nuturing your environment.

We will start by opening up the sacred container, we will do at least 2 rounds of sharing- only if you choose to. Then I will guide a meditation and we will do a singing circle and if there is time, an open circle.

Will there be a replay?

No, this will be live on zoom only.

I will not be offering refunds for this event as I encourage you to attend- take this an aid for accountability! I believe this event as an investment for your healing, wellbeing and growth.
