Taliraw
Czech artist, cellist, singer and composer. She’s been performing for years in Czech with her band, got to the Czechoslovakian Voice and started from scratch again when she moved to Newcastle. Tali oscillates in between ambient/Art-Pop, Lo-fi Hip-Hop, and Indie cello folk. She performs mainly with jazz-folk musicians Tom James and Dan Wright (Porcelain).
After the release of ‘English Weather’, she performed at various notable North-East venues (Alphabetti Theatre, The Cluny, Cumberland Arms). She was also involved with the Help Musicians programme, which inspired and motivated her to actually start making her third EP by herself, called Delicate Concrete, taking you on a real journey, with raw sound of cello layered with her vocals.
