Come and join our volunteer Becky on a guided walk around fabulous Foxley Wood, trying to catch a glimpse of the beautiful Purple Emperor and discovering its other butterflies along the way.
This is an informal walk aimed at people who don't have much knowledge of nature and wildlife but would like to learn more.
Meeting point is the infomation board at the end of the three car parks. Face the reserve, not the road, and turn right along the footpath as you leave the car park and you will reach the info board. What three words ///formal.impulsive.struts
Please bring binoculars if you have them and please dress appropriately for the weather conditions and terrain. Ticks are present at Foxley so we recommend wearing long trousers and walking boots or shoes if you have them.
