This four-week workshop is tailored for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD. It is an invaluable resource that offers crucial insights, strategies, and support. It serves as a beacon of guidance in navigating the complexities of raising a child with ADHD, providing a comprehensive understanding of the condition and its impact.

Throughout the four weeks, the Navigating ADHD workshop will become a knowledge hub, offering parents and caregivers a platform to delve deeper into the intricacies of ADHD, unravelling its behavioural, emotional, and cognitive dimensions.

(This is four-week course and will be run on 1, 8, 15 & 22 July from 7pm to 9 pm. The link you will receive on purchasing your ticket is valid for all sessions.)

Through expert-led discussions, Navigating ADHD tackles the multifaceted challenges faced in everyday life, offering practical coping mechanisms and tailored strategies that empower parents and caregivers to create supportive environments conducive to their child's growth and development. A tailor-made workbook is provided for participants to complete and retain after the course is complete.
