Music for Palestine

Post Punk Podge & The Technohippies headline their first gig of 2024. The band have been captivating audiences with their genre-defying fusion of punk, electronic, krautrock, techno, Irish traditional music, hip hop, and classical elements since 2017. Their dynamic performances and socially conscious lyrics have earned them a dedicated following around the country. From their acclaimed collaborations to their high-energy live shows, Post Punk Podge & The Technohippies are redefining Irish music with every beat.

T.A. Narrative, composed of childhood friends Tara Nix and Anna Murphy, offer a refreshing blend of post-punk, electronic, and pop influences. Their captivating visual live performances and consistently impressive oeuvre have solidified their reputation as a must-see act, they exude a contagious sense of creative joy and liberation, igniting the dance floor with infectious energy.

The PVP, are Brendan McInerney (Bleeding Heart Pigeons/The Low Field) James Reidy (His Father’s Voice), and Chris Quigley (Cruiser). The band are set to release their debut LP 'The Personal Vanity Project' on May 25th, 2024, and this is their Limerick gig in support of it. Drawing inspiration from Suicide, Stereolab, Sonic Youth, and shoegaze, their psychedelic-infused indie rock is pure sonic bliss. With a blend of melodic lines and experimental sounds, The PVP are pushing boundaries and making great music.

Ushering the evening to a close, Jack Brolly (Lower Your Expectations/ Féile Na Gréine) will bring his eclectic touch to proceedings and keep us dancing into the wee hours.

All money raised will be donated to the Palestine Red Crescent Society
