Come join us at the Kidbrooke Community Hub for a special two part workshop focused on living a life of more ease specificlly focused on nutrition and movement.

The session will be informative and experiential so you walk away feeling empowered to take care of your body & mind. Connect with others, share experiences, and gain valuable insights. Let's break the silence and prioritise our mental well-being together.

We'll share practical guidance, tools, and strategies to kickstart your body’s healing, including techniques from the Bones for Life program, developed from the Feldenkrais Method, and insights into how nutrition impacts mood and mental health.
