De-stress in the beautiful grounds of Gracemount Mansion ...
In each week’s outdoor session, Caroline (About Me | Caroline Yoga and Wellness Coaching) will share simple breathing practises, gentle movement and mindfulness techniques to help you to slow down, de-stress and relax.
This will help not only you, but any people that you may care for... you can't pour from any empty cup!
At the end of each session, we will offer a hot drink and biscuit and a chance to have a chat.
You are very welcome to drop in or attend all sessions.
