What do I need to wear?

Wear comfortble clothes you can move in and extra layers so you can be warm during the sitting and lying down sections.

What do i need to bring?

Please bring something to lie on (Yoga Matt for example) A blanket to keep warm, A pillow. Also something to write on and with. Could be notes in your phone if you don't want to bring a notepad. A bottle of water.
