We’re excited to invite you to this special Mini Forest Bathing & Breathing workshop with Nigel, a forest bathing and breathwork guide.

Thanks to community funding, we’re able to offer this unique experience to our local community—an afternoon to pause, reset, and feel more grounded.

Nigel is a passionate breathwork and Forest Bathing specialist whose own health journey sparked his mission to help others. After facing stress-related health issues with no answers from doctors, Nigel took matters into his own hands. He learned Buteyko breathing and spent time in nature, which transformed his wellbeing. Trained by Patrick McKeown, a leader in breathing education, Nigel also became a certified Forest Bathing Practitioner and Life Coach. He now shares his expertise through sessions across South West London, Surrey, and beyond, guiding others to better health and mindfulness. 🌿💙
