We’re excited to invite you to this special Mini Forest Bathing & Breathing workshop with Nigel, a forest bathing and breathwork guide.
Thanks to community funding, we’re able to offer this unique experience to our local community—an afternoon to pause, reset, and feel more grounded.

Nigel is a passionate breathwork and Forest Bathing specialist whose own health journey sparked his mission to help others. After facing stress-related health issues with no answers from doctors, Nigel took matters into his own hands. He learned Buteyko breathing and spent time in nature, which transformed his well-being. Trained by Patrick McKeown, a leader in breathing education, Nigel also became a certified Forest Bathing Practitioner and Life Coach. He now shares his expertise through sessions across South West London, Surrey, and beyond, guiding others to better health and mindfulness. 🌿💙
