Unwind and recharge your mind and body in a serene setting. This mini-retreat is the perfect opportunity to focus on your well-being and indulge in some much-needed pampering. We can't wait to see you there!

We all block our emotions from time to time and by doing it, we unconsciously hurt ourselves. Do you notice when you are doing it? Learn with us how to be more mindful and connect to your body and be able to feel your emotions without suppressing them. You do not need to be afraid of your emotions, learn how to deal with them during this lovely pamper session.
