This workshop defines mental health and wellbeing, and explores common mental health problems faced by children and young people. There is also space to think about how you look after your own mental health and wellbeing.
This is an interactive session and works best when those coming along are able to participate, therefore we ask that wherever possible you have your camera on.
You will never be put on the spot or singled out to answer a question.
