Do I need a Drum to come?

No. You can bring any instrument of your choice, even a saucepan or two sticks will do. There will be some spare drums and percussion instruments available though.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a bottle of water and perhaps some warm socks or a blanket as we may do meditations. We will mostly be seated although there may be some standing up or gentle moving throughout the evening depending on what we are doing.

Sacred Drumming & Sound Circle

Join us in circle for this monthly Shamanic Drum & Sound circle for connection, healing and spiritual growth.

Together we will open sacred space and explore Shamanic & Sound Medicine. Whilst each gathering will be different, you can expect Shamanic drumming, sacred songs and chants, journeying, drumming for ourselves and others, exploring and connecting with spiritual realms, guides and helpers and healing shares and techniques.

No previous experience is necessary - you can bring your drum or any percussion instrument if you have one.

This evening is guided by Helena Eagles, an experienced Shamanic Practitioner, Sacred Drummer & Sound Therapist and member of College of Sound Healing.
