About this event

This free event is coordinated by the Blackpool, Wyre & Fylde Frontline Network and available to managers in services that directly support those experiencing homelessness. Public, statutory and voluntary organisations are welcome to join us for a mornings training session delivered by Lancashire Mind.

This training aims to provide greater understanding of common mental health conditions in the workplace and what signs to look for in staff. This may be a starting point to encourage senior level buy-in or to ensure your organisation is offering a consistent approach to supporting mental health at work. Together we will be examining misconceptions and considering best practice; including asset mapping your current offer and possibly improving on it. Our experienced trainers will support you to consider practical and realistic ways forward for your organisation.

The training will be followed by lunch and an opportunity to network with other local leaders in the homelessness sector.

There are only 20 spaces available so BOOK NOW!
