Life Circle with Breathwork

Why life?

Because of healing, it implies that we are damaged or that we need to change something about ourselves, which is not the case; we just need to return to our centre and rediscover who we are.

This is a safe space where we can express ourselves freely, share who we are, and often hear stories similar to ours.

Breathwork/rebirthing aims to integrate the mental and emotional processes worked on while also giving space and freedom to get in touch with the higher self.

It will be online and last 2 hours, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

It's free; anyone who wants can make a donation that will contribute to more free events throughout the year.
