LGBTQ+ Inclusion in Cricket 2024

This year's event builds on our first two conferences at Edgbaston in 2022 and Lords last year. Significant achievements and progress over the last two years provide a strong foundation to help us make the game more inclusive of the LGBTQ+ community. In this year's event, we will celebrate the work being done across the game, including at the first-class and professional levels, as well as engagement and support at grassroots levels.

As the game continues to make changes and create an even more inclusive culture at all levels, we have an opportunity to continue enabling the LGBTQ+ community to take part in the game.

At this year's event, we will have a range of speakers, case studies, and action-orientated work. If you work in cricket or are interested in making it a game for everyone, then come along for a fantastic discussion and planning actions for 2024 and beyond.
