About Kingfishers
Since the very beginning back in 1935, the charity has had one simple aim – to help make hospital a better place for children. This means we fund projects both big and small.
Whether it's therapeutic chairs for brain-damaged children, equipment for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, providing phone charging facilities or decorations to make hospital a little less scary and sterile – every penny raised makes a real difference.
So dust off those leg warmers, invite your friends and let’s party like it’s 1989!
