Introducing Derry Local band - 'String Cut Puppets' a three piece to lay down the bedRock for this legendary night, up next -The Jobseekerz with their punkish tales of rock n' roll on the dole, and unleashing some of that post-austerity angst in all directions. Then the usual suspects, 'Kettle Boilers', will unleash their unique blend of trad inpired folk-rock, guaranteed to get you up and dancing with the dogs until the wee hours.

Kettle Boilers are a high-energy, trad-influenced folk rock band hailing from Galway. Their diverse set consists of hoof-tapping original music about topics such as; drinking creamy pints of Guinness, Seagulls falling from the sky and dogs slurping up holy water. Kettle Boilers have an ever changing roster of instrumentation with the usual rock band setup of guitar bass and drums with Irish Tenor banjo, fiddle, Shruti Box, acoustic guitar, whistle and keys. The essence of Kettle Boilers is their 6 part vocals, drones, throat singing, lilting and constant on-stage craic
