How is this event different to any other demo day?

Demo days are not industry-focused, limited to up to 10 founders pitching and number of investors in the audience. In our case, we will have 100 founders split by sector, making it much easier and convenient for investors to just attend those sessions that are relevant.

Question 3

How can anyone sit through 100 founders pitching?

Accepted Answer

We're not expecting investors to sit through 100 pitches. The day is structured to maximize value for investors, with pitching sessions divided by sector across 2 stages. Investors can choose pitching sessions, join the investor stage, or network.

Who picked 100 finalist that will pitch on the day?

Question 5

Is the evening drinks reception included in my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all tickets for daytime access to the event also include access to the evening drinks reception.

Question 6

I'm an investor, will I get access to the data on founders who applied to pitch?

Accepted Answer

We'll share data on founders applying to pitch and those fundraising, but only after confirming your investor status. Offering fundraising services for a fee or similar services does not qualify you as an investor.

Question 7

Who can qualify as investor?

Accepted Answer

To qualify as an investor and access the deal flow data, you need to be a VC, Family Office, Angel Syndicate, institutional, or individual investor. If you clearly have a conflict of interest, such as providing services to founders for a fee, we will not qualify you as an investor.

I'm a founder and I didn't make the cut to pitch, should I still attend?

This event is not just a pitching event is a one day conference created for you to meet founders, investors, and learn from the content crafted for founders at pre-Seed to Series A stage companies.

I'm a founders and I applied to pitch, do I still need to book a ticket?

Accepted Answer

100 founders who will be selected to pitch on the 22nd of April will get a 30% discount on founder tickets (or will be refunded 30% of already purchased tickets).
