Introductory Taichi Qigong Sessions

As part of the Manchester Museum Age Friendly Programme, we have partner with senior teacher Feixia Yu to host a series of introductory Taichi Qigong Session aimed at people aged 50+.

The sessions will take place at the Museum's brand-new Lee Kai Hung Chinese Culture Gallery and will be an opportunity for boosting your wellbeing and for learning more about the amazing Chinese health enhancement tradition.
