Do I need to bring my own lunch?

Refreshments, lunch and snacks will be provided. If you have any particularly dietary requirements please let us know.

What should I wear?

Hard toed work shoes/boots are essential. Wear work clothes or gear you don't mind getting dirty. Gloves will be provided. The workshop is outdoors so be prepared for the weather whatever the forecast may be. Bring a showerproof coat.

Do I need to have any experience of dry stone construction?

This is a beginner course. No prior experience is needed

Is there onsite parking?

Yes. There is ample parking at Mount Dalton

Can I get to the site via public transport?

Unfortunately, public transport does not serve Mount Dalton farm. You can get to the nearby Mullingar town by bus or train, but you would need to source private transport, cycle or walk from there. Mullingar is approximately 18km from Mount Dalton
