Intervision Career Fitness Profiler

In a CFP intervision, we analyze a Career Fitness Profiler. The specific report is suggested by one of the particpants.

The report is shared with all participants of the intervision one week in advance, together with a short context and the question of the respondent, so participants can prepare.

During the intervision, we discuss our hypotheses and possible ways forward with the coachee.
