When will I receive the instructions to attend the conference?

Accepted Answer

One week prior to the conference, you will receive an email via the email address you used to register for the conference containing all the instructions on how to access the virtual conference.

What do I need to do on the day of the conference?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a reminder email a few days to the summit. This email will contain a link that will direct you to login for access to the virtual conference sessions. For 'in person attendees' a full direction to the venue is provided on the ICIET website.

Do I have access to all the sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Like if you were attending the conference in-person, you will be given the opportunity to select which sessions you’d like to attend virtually. It is up to you to decide which sessions you’d like to attend during the live conference.

Question 4

What format are sessions?

Accepted Answer

There will be plenary, education sessions, and panel discussion sessions. For each session, the Session Leader/Moderator will kick-off the session live with video and introduce the speakers. For each presentation, you will see the speaker and their PowerPoint presentation.

When will the agenda be available?

The conference agenda is currently available on the website – you will need to register your interest as soon as possible to book a place in the conference, because we have limited seats for 'in person' attendance .

What if I experience technical issues during the conference?

Accepted Answer

Within the conference platform, there is a “Technical Support” option in the navigation that will connect you with a live person to troubleshoot any technical issues you’re experiencing during the conference.
